1. What is the shipping process?
As soon as you place an order, we will send you an email to confirm the order. This email will contain an order tracking number which you can use to track this order. Before your order is sent out from our warehouse we will send you a text message to confirm your order and let you know it is on its way.
If you do not get the initial email confirmation, please contact us so we can help you.
2. What is the cost of shipping/delivery?
Shipping/Delivery charges vary based on your location and total basket size. For a complete list of charges please click here. (We can upload a jpeg from the courier here).
3. How long before I get my order?
We strive to get your order out to you within 24 hours. For orders in Karachi, we have next day delivery. For orders in Pakistan outside of Karachi, these depend on the courier service and can be 3 to 5 days depending on your city.
4. Do you ship outside of Pakistan?
