Directions (for skin): Add 4-5 drops of rosemary essential oil and to three teaspoons of a carrier oil like Olive, Jojoba or Almond oil. Massage this daily into cellulite prone areas. Add 10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil in 30 ml of your favourite carrier oil for a warm face massage to clear up skin.
Directions (for hair): Add 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil in 2 tbsp. of Olive Oil, Coconut Oil or Almond Oil and massage into your scalp 1-2 hours before washing your hair to stimulate, cleanse and nourish your scalp and hair.
Directions (for aromatherapy): Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser above a flame for aromatherapy inhalation. Alternatively, add 5 drops to some water and place reed diffusers or bamboo skewers/toothpicks to diffuse in the surroundings
