Directions (for skin): Dilute 12-15 drops in 50 ml of your favourite carrier oil (i.e. Argan, Olive, Coconut, Almond, Jojoba or Grapeseed) for face and body. Massaging it into affected areas helps relieve inflammation and acne. Mixing Peppermint and Lavender essential oils can improve eczema and psoriasis when applied topically.
Directions (for hair): Add 2-3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil to your regular morning shampoo and conditioner to stimulate the scalp, energize your mind, and wake up!
Directions (for aromatherapy): Add 2 drops each of Lemon, Peppermint and Rosemary Essential oils to a diffuser above a flame for aromatherapy inhalation to strengthen your respiratory system and shun that dread flu! Alternatively, add 5 drops to some water and place reed diffusers or bamboo skewers/toothpicks to diffuse in the surroundings.
