Directions (for skin): Dilute 12-15 drops in 30 ml of your favourite carrier oil (i.e. Argan, Olive, Coconut, Almond, Jojoba or Grapeseed) for face and body. You could also mix 5:1 Neroli and Ylang-Ylang in carrier oil for a body massage to ease the nerves and smell wonderful!
Directions (for hair): If you have split ends and hair fall. rub your scalp with a medium-diluted version of Neroli essential oil and massage. Add 3-5 drops of Neroli Essential Oil in 1 tbsp. of Almond, Argan or Jojoba oil and rub into your scalp 1-2 hours before washing your hair.
Directions (for aromatherapy): Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser above a flame for aromatherapy inhalation. Alternatively, add 5 drops to some water and place reed diffusers or bamboo skewers/toothpicks to diffuse in the surroundings to clear your head and reduce stress.
