Directions (for skin): Dilute 12-15 drops in 30 ml of your favourite carrier oil (i.e. Argan, Olive, Coconut, Almond, Jojoba or Grapeseed) for face and body. This essential oil is safe to use without a carrier oil as well. Can also add 8-10 drops to warm bath water
Directions (for hair): Use as a leave in conditioner by mixing 1 part Jasmine essential oil with 3 parts carrier oil such as Grapeseed, Argan or Almond and run greased fingers through wet hair.
Directions (for aromatherapy): Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser above a flame for aromatherapy inhalation. Alternatively, add 5 drops to some water and place reed diffusers or bamboo skewers/toothpicks to diffuse in the surroundings. Jasmine has an intense aroma that’s very flowery, so some prefer to mix it with other oils to prevent it from becoming overpowering. In a small minority, it might cause headaches or nausea due to its strength. It can always be toned down by combining it with Coconut, Almond or Jojoba oil. Can also add 8-10 drops to bath water.
