1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, click on the Add To Cart option for the item that you want. The item will then be added to your cart. You can then continue shopping or checkout. Clicking on Check Out will bring you to our Check Out page. Fill in the details to place your order.

2. Where are the items that I ordered?

We will send you an email as soon as you have placed your order. This email will contain an order tracking number which you can use to track your order.  As soon as your order is sent out from our warehouse we will send you a text message to let you know that your order is on its way. If you do not get an email confirmation, please contact us so we can help you.

3. How do I pay for my order?

We accept Cash on Delivery, which means that you can pay in cash to the delivery agent when you receive your order.

You can also pay via Telenor Easypaisa by visiting any of their outlets across Pakistan or from an Easypaisa Mobile Account. To find out more about how to use Easypaisa please click here.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to get your order out to you within 24 hours.  For orders in Karachi, we have next day delivery.  For orders in Pakistan outside of Karachi, these depend on the courier service and can be 2 to 4 days depending on your city.
